Shipping Coverage

Nationwide delivery across West & East Malaysia.
International delivery to selected countries — live courier rates are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes, if any, are borne by the recipient. If no rate appears for your address, contact us and we'll arrange it.

Estimated Delivery Times

West Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days (standard).
East Malaysia: 5 – 8 business days (standard).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order ships, so you can track it in real time.

Shipping Fees

West Malaysia: FREE shipping for orders RM60 and above (RM50 and above for signed-in members); below that, a flat RM4.90 fee applies. East Malaysia: weight-based courier rates from RM13, shown at checkout. International: live courier rates shown at checkout.
