Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging and shipping containers must be intact.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

⚠ Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product and verify it against the original receipt. After confirmation, your refund will be processed within 30 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
